We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel. As a key member of our hotel's operations team, you will be responsible for leading our Housekeeping team to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public spaces, and heart of house.
- Operate the budget and schedule ambassadors to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Direct and work with ambassadors to ensure property guestrooms, public spaces, and heart of house are clean and well maintained.
- Complete regular inspections and hold team members accountable for corrective action.
- Assist in ensuring guest and ambassador satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to maintain good working relationships.
- Passion for hospitality and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Previous experience in leading a Housekeeping team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability and approachability for all guests and ambassadors.
