About the Role:
We are seeking a Residence Doorman who will be an ambassador for the Residence, providing a warm and welcoming experience for all residents and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling access and egress to and from areas of the Residence Building, protecting company and homeowner assets, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all persons in the location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Heavy lifting, pushing and pulling required.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to be a clear thinker who can remain calm in pressure situations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of homeowner information and designated data.
- Driving Licence is required.
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence is required.
