About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residence Doorman to join our team at Twenty Grosvenor Square. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and guests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Controlling access and egress to and from the Residence Building, ensuring the safety and security of all persons within the location.
- Protecting company and homeowner assets from theft, fire, damage, and assisting in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all persons in the location.
- Creating a strong sense of arrival and departure for all residents and visitors, arranging for cars to be parked or retrieved, and arranging transportation for arriving and departing residents.
- Participating in the Emergency Response team and responding to emergency situations as required.
Requirements:
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling required.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to be a clear thinker who can remain calm in pressure situations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of homeowner information and designated data.
- Driving Licence is required.
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence is required.
