About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residence Doorman to join our team at Twenty Grosvenor Square. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control access to and from the residence building, ensuring the safety and security of residents and guests.
- Provide exceptional service to residents and guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Arrange for cars to be parked or retrieved, and assist with transportation for arriving and departing residents and guests.
- Participate in the Emergency Response team, responding to emergencies and incidents in a calm and professional manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and guest information, and handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
- Heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality of resident and guest information.
- Driving license and SIA Door Supervisor license required.
