About the Role

As a Sales Development Manager at Regal Rexnord, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction across various industries. Reporting to the Sales Director EMEA, you will collaborate closely with the sales management team and customers to deliver exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and utilize a team-based selling approach to meet defined sales targets.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to increase customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
