De ambitie die je deelt

Als consultant Unified Communications is het jouw ambitie om de functionele behoeften van potentiële klanten te achterhalen. Je ondersteunt onze accountmanagers bij complexe offertetrajecten en zorgt voor een kwalitatief goede invulling van het salesproces. Dit resulteert in een uitstekend aanbod van oplossing en prijs. Daarnaast vorm je de schakel tussen de klant, sales en technische collega's. Jij treedt op als strategisch partner voor de klant op het gebied van Unified Communications vraagstukken en onze Detron oplossingen.

Verder is het jouw ambitie om:

  • Op te treden als sparringpartner voor de klanten en collega's van de sales van product development
  • De functionele behoefte van de klant te inventariseren, analyseren, af te stemmen en vast te leggen, om op deze manier tot een passende offerte te komen
  • Betrokken te zijn en mee te werken aan de start van de implementatie, tot en met het verifiëren van het technisch ontwerp van de klant
  • Contact te onderhouden met klanten en interne collega's en op de hoogte te blijven van de ontwikkelingen binnen jouw vakgebied
  • De klant te overtuigen van de juiste oplossing door het geven van demonstraties en/of presentaties over de oplossingen van Detron

De ervaring die je deelt

Naast bovenstaande aspecten hechten wij ook waarde aan jouw persoonlijke skills. Zo ben je commercieel ingesteld, communicatief vaardig en ben jij sterk in het schrijven van verbetervoorstellen. Je beschikt over HBO werk en denkniveau en hebt bij voorkeur kennis opgedaan binnen een vergelijkbare rol. Heb je op een andere manier de juiste kennis opgedaan, maar nog geen ervaring binnen deze functie? Dan zien we ook graag jouw sollicitatie tegemoet.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • In deze functie geven we je bijzonder veel ontwikkelruimte. Denk aan uitdagende vraagstukken, uitgebreide kennisdeling van je collega's en de vele ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden binnen Detron.
