Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Services Accounting Officer to join our team. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our clients, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in implementing and optimizing holding, financing, and real estate companies
- Handle day-to-day operations of companies and respond to client requests
- Responsible for bookkeeping and financial reporting, including cash flow management
- Prepare and coordinate payments and related transaction monitoring
- Maintain contact with auditors, property managers, asset managers, tax advisors, and lawyers
- Assist with preparing corporate and VAT returns and maintaining contact with tax authorities and tax advisers
- Participate in restructuring plans or other transactions in compliance with local regulatory body recommendations
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Have 0-3 years of experience in a related environment
- Have knowledge of Dutch GAAP
- Be fluent in Dutch and have a good understanding of verbal and written English
- Have a strong client-oriented mindset and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Be able to organize, prioritize, and manage work effectively
