Job Title: IT Technical Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our Infrastructure Operations department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle local IT issues and provide technical support to users
  • Coordinate events, incidents, and service requests related to the local IT environment
  • Provide desktop swap-out, Level 2 hardware, and system software support
  • Assist with special events, such as annual meetings and training sessions
  • Provide informal end-user training and maintain IT operations documentation
  • Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure service delivery to all Statkraft sites
Requirements:
  • Work experience in Windows clients and servers, printers, and video conferencing systems
  • Knowledge of IT process management frameworks, preferably ITIL
  • Ability to diagnose and fix complex hardware and software issues
  • Quick learner with strong communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Self-driven and energetic, able to perform under pressure
