About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Coordinator to join our Tobacco team. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer inquiries, order processing, and invoicing
- Follow up on lead-time quotations, pricing quotations, trials, and sample deliveries
- Provide internal sales support and handle requests for call-offs
- Contribute to the analysis and chasing of customer payments
- Collaborate with other departments to formulate solutions to customer questions
Requirements
- Native-level German language skills and professional-level English language skills
- Excellent communication and service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to organize work effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle pressure
- Relevant work experience (minimum 2-4 years)
- Basic Excel skills and experience with order systems
- Interest in inside sales and customer service
