Technical Accounting Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Accounting Intern to join our Technical Accounting & Oversight team. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting the team on accounting treatment of new products, assessing the accounting of non-recurring transactions, and participating in group reporting and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of new accounting initiatives and products
  • Organize and support technical accounting assessments (US GAAP and SEC)
  • Brainstorm ideas for standardization and simplification
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives across teams locally and globally
  • Act as a liaison between Financial Controllers and other key Finance departments

Requirements:

  • University student of Accounting, Business, or Economics
  • Enthusiasm for learning and process improvement
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Eligibility:

To be eligible for this internship, you must be living in the Netherlands and currently enrolled in a Dutch University. You will be required to provide a contact for your university's internship coordinator for verification purposes.

Working Arrangements:

You will be working from our Amsterdam headquarters, interacting regularly with our local group teams in the US and across other countries. This opportunity will be available to apply for until July 5.
