About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Underwriter to join our team at Everest Insurance (Ireland) Netherlands. As an Underwriter, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, marketing, and relationship management of our growing Property business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of underwriting strategies to achieve business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to drive business growth and retention.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations to underwriting teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in underwriting Property insurance products.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch insurance market and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
