Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Underwriter Property to join our team at Victor Insurance Nederland. As a key member of our Property Business, you will play a crucial role in the professionalization and growth of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update our acceptance policy to ensure alignment with market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with capacity providers, intermediaries, and clients to design and implement innovative solutions that meet their needs.
- Assess and evaluate complex risks, and negotiate and finalize offers and amendments.
- Stay up-to-date with market developments and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for new products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, intermediaries, and capacity providers to drive business growth.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, entrepreneurship, and transparency, and ensure that our operations are efficient and effective.
Requirements:
- Minimum HBO work and thinking level.
- WFT Schade, zakelijk particulier, and zakelijk experience.
- Brand diploma A-brand (or equivalent level).
- 5-10 years of experience as an Underwriter Property.
- Strong knowledge of specific markets and excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS-Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to plan, organize, and structure tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and result-oriented approach.
- Eye for quality and innovation in service delivery.
