About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Underwriter / Senior Underwriter - Property to join our team at Everest Insurance (Ireland) Netherlands. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will be responsible for supporting the development, marketing, and relationship management of our growing book of Property business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of underwriting strategies to achieve business growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide expert underwriting advice to clients and brokers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements
- Proven experience in underwriting Property insurance products.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
