About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Underwriter to join our team at Everest Insurance (Ireland) Netherlands. As an Underwriter, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, marketing, and relationship management of our growing Property business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of underwriting strategies to achieve business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to drive business growth and retention.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations to underwriting teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in underwriting Property insurance products.
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch insurance market and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
