Key Responsibilities:- Partner with commercial leadership to drive insights on team performance and revenue strategy through critical analyses
- Support the expansion of Ebury's data toolkit by transforming data and sharing insights on revenue generation, product utilisation, and credit offering
- Collect, analyse, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track sales performance
- Collaborate with the sales team to assess and enhance existing sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Support the development and implementation of sales enablement programs, ensuring sales representatives have the necessary tools and resources to effectively engage with prospects and close deals
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on Front Office performance, pipeline metrics, and revenue forecasts, analysing data to identify opportunities for revenue growth, customer segmentation, and cross-selling/up-selling initiatives
- Maintain and optimise the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data, and provide training and support to the sales team on CRM usage and best practices
- Identify opportunities for sales process automation and collaborate with the technology team to implement appropriate tools and systems, streamlining workflows and eliminating manual tasks to improve sales team productivity
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs, providing insights to the sales team for better targeting, positioning, and differentiation
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Fluency in Dutch, English, and German is a requirement
- Proven experience as a sales analyst or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, Salesforce, SQL, or similar CRM systems
- Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and lead-to-revenue lifecycle
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with the ability to deliver actionable insights
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
