Job Title: Commercial Performance Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Performance Analyst to join our team at Flink. As a Commercial Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting analyses to optimize the product assortment, ensuring the right mix of products to meet demand and maximize profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide visibility on key performance metrics, supporting decision-making in the broader commercial team
  • Set up and execute strategic initiatives that increase basket size, improve margin, and reduce waste
  • Collaborate closely with the category management team to continuously support decision-making based on quantitative findings and insights

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in analytics or strategy in a fast-paced environment or consulting
  • Master's Degree in Econometrics, Economics, Mathematics, Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or similar fields from a top-tier university
  • Strong quantitative skills, blending technical proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with practical, street-smart problem-solving abilities
  • You can simplify complex analytical concepts and explain them clearly and concisely to various stakeholders
  • Quick comprehension, hands-on mentality and strong willingness to learn
  • Experience with SQL/Python/PowerBI/Looker (Statistics, hypothesis testing, data visualization) is a plus but not required
