Your role is crucial in the production workflow. The process begins with the breaking of fresh eggs, which are then transformed into a variety of egg products distributed globally. As a production operative, you will rotate through different positions, each with unique tasks and responsibilities, including breaking, hand-breaking, and filling. You will consistently monitor the production line and take action when necessary.

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled in two blocks. Working hours are from 06:00 to 14:45 and from 14:45 to 23:30. A 15% shift premium is provided for every hour worked.

The ideal candidate is hardworking and unafraid of getting their hands dirty. You should be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely. Key qualities include stress resilience, independence, and a sense of responsibility. Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of Dutch is advantageous.

In Return: You will receive a salary of €13.33 per hour, along with a 15% supplement for every hour worked. For Saturday shifts, a 50% supplement is provided, and for Sundays, a 100% supplement. You will also enjoy 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days, with travel expenses reimbursed at €0.23 per kilometer starting from 10 kilometers.
