As a crucial member of the production team, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process. The journey begins with the breaking of fresh eggs, which are then transformed into a variety of egg products distributed globally. Your role may involve different tasks across various positions, including breaking, hand-breaking, and filling. You will oversee the production line and take action when necessary to ensure smooth operations.

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, operating in two shifts. Your working hours will be scheduled between 06:00 - 14:45 and 14:45 - 23:30, with a 15% shift premium applicable for every hour worked.

The ideal candidate is hardworking and willing to engage in hands-on tasks. You should be detail-oriented and capable of following instructions meticulously. Key attributes include the ability to handle stress, work independently, and take responsibility for your tasks. Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits: In return for your dedication, you will receive a salary of €13.33 per hour, along with a 15% shift premium for all hours worked. Additional compensation includes a 50% premium for Saturday shifts and a 100% premium for Sundays. You will also enjoy 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days, plus reimbursement for travel expenses at €0.23 per kilometer starting from 10 kilometers.
