We zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en proactieve Trade Account Support medewerker om ons team te versterken. Als Trade Account Support medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve en financiële processen van de afdeling Business Operations.
Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden- Je zorgt voor een volledige en correcte administratie, waaronder het bewaken van de kwaliteit van de administratieve vastleggingen en het doorzien van de wereld achter deze cijfers.
- Je werkt zelfstandig aan de onderwerpen die aan jou zijn toegewezen en stemt continu af met collega's van Business control, Finance, commerciële afdelingen en grote klanten.
- Je vindt het leuk om continue te schakelen gedurende de dag en daarbij ad-hoc verzoeken te verwerken en te prioriteren.
- Je staat sterk in je schoenen om verwachtingen bij stakeholders te managen.
- Je werkt proactief aan een goede verstandhouding met stakeholders binnen en buiten EET.
- Je fungeert als sparringpartner ten aanzien van de inrichting van onze back-office en facturatie systemen.
- Je draagt bij aan het verder professionaliseren en centraliseren van de administratieve processen en de inzet van automatiseringsoplossingen.
- Je hebt minimaal 3-7 jaar relevante werkervaring en een afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding in Bedrijfseconomie, Bedrijfskunde en/of Bedrijfsadministratie.
- Je weet doelstellingen te realiseren in een steeds sneller veranderende organisatie.
- Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met procesautomatisering en Excel.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer en weet teamgenoten te motiveren om het beste resultaat met het team te bereiken.
- Kennis van de energiemarkt is een pré.
