The Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager Trade to support our trade sales process. As a key member of our Deepsea department, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching new customers, preparing quotes, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the trade RFQ process to ensure accurate commercial handling of customer requests.
- Prepare quotations and elaborate on tickets within sales authorization and pricing guidelines.
- Calculate cost prices for small orders based on customer requirements.
- Ensure all relevant information is up-to-date, correct, and complete in our systems.
- Process invoices for sales orders and follow up on quotations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong customer orientation and accurate communication skills.
- Ability to think commercially and work as a team player.
- Experience in a similar job or the maritime industry (1-2 years).
- Secondary vocational graduate or higher.
- Fluent English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
