Account Manager Trade

Radio Holland is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager Trade to support the trade sales process and ensure accurate commercial handling of customer requests. As a key member of our Deepsea department, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching new customers, preparing quotes, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the trade RFQ process to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer requests.
- Prepare and elaborate quotations, adhering to sales authorization and pricing guidelines.
- Perform cost price calculations for small orders based on customer requirements.
- Ensure all relevant information is up-to-date, correct, and complete in our systems.
- Process invoices for sales orders and follow up with customers on quotations.
- Strong customer orientation and commercial acumen.
- Accurate and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Able to think commercially and work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in a similar role or the maritime industry (1-2 years).
- Secondary vocational graduate or equivalent.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
