Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. As a trusted partner to our senior Agile Coach, you will play a key role in driving Agile transformation across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include establishing and promoting Scrum practices within the Scrum Team and the organization, ensuring the effectiveness of the Scrum Team by enabling them to continuously improve their practices within the Scrum framework.

You will demonstrate true leadership by serving both the Scrum Team and the larger organization, making a difference by helping teams take the next steps in their Agile growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide
  • Enabling the Scrum Team to continuously improve their practices
  • Facilitating and delivering inspiring workshops and training courses
  • Encouraging intrinsic motivation skills to drive Agile growth
  • Cultivating an improvement culture that promotes quality, effectiveness, and job satisfaction

Requirements

  • 20-30 hours availability per week
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a preference for those who have experience in Agile within a technical area
  • Relevant Agile certificates such as PSMI, PSMII, and PSPO I
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience working with value streams and complex organizations
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluent English skills
