Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. As a trusted partner to our senior Agile Coach, you will serve as a sparring partner for Agile role holders in all aspects of the transformation.

Your responsibilities will include establishing Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide, by promoting an understanding of Scrum theory and practice within the Scrum Team and the organization. You will also be accountable for the effectiveness of the Scrum Team by enabling them to continuously improve their practices within the Scrum framework.

In this role, you will demonstrate true leadership by serving both the Scrum Team and the larger organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain Scrum practices within the organization
  • Enable the Scrum Team to continuously improve their practices
  • Facilitate and deliver inspiring workshops and training courses
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles
  • Collaborate with the senior Agile Coach to drive Agile transformation

Requirements:

  • 20-30 hours availability per week
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a preference for those who have experience in Agile within a technical area
  • Relevant Agile certificates such as PSMI, PSMII, and PSPO I are required
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience working with value streams and complex organizations

  • Fluent English skills are required for effective communication in both verbal and written forms
