Job Description: Warehouse Sorting Staff

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will conduct manual sorting and scanning of parcels, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to meet operational deadlines. You will oversee daily activities in the distribution center, ensuring efficient and smooth execution of tasks.

  • You will support on-site logistics operations by assisting in organizing transfer batches and optimizing workflow for operational efficiency.
  • Aid in identifying and resolving operational issues such as inventory discrepancies or shipment delays to reduce risks and costs.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and external contractors to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational standards.

Key Details:

  • This role involves physical activity, including lifting, moving, sorting, and scanning parcels. Candidates should be prepared for manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
  • The work schedule is full-time (40 hours per week), with shifts across five days, including weekend rotations.
Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in logistics or distribution center operations, preferably in hands-on roles.
  • Familiarity with Dutch warehouse practices is preferred.
  • Must be fluent in Chinese.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to handle repetitive physical tasks.
  • Adaptable, hardworking, and willing to take on challenges in a dynamic work environment.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and contractors.
  • Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and addressing logistical challenges.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of €25,000 - €30,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy benefits such as opportunities for career growth and development, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
