Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor at CEVA eCommerce Logistics, you will play a crucial role in the success of our logistics operation. You will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 20 operators and 2 to 4 team coordinators, who are specialized in the process of unloading/receiving, stowing/picking, or packing/expedition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, coach, develop, and evaluate employees in your team.
  • Lead the daily operation and be responsible for achieving KPIs and plans.
  • Make decisions for an optimal overall process in collaboration with your colleagues and the Control Room.
  • Optimize the efficiency of people, resources, and machines.
  • Make improvement proposals with regard to the logistics process.
  • Conduct measurements, make reports, and analyses.
  • Conduct performance and appraisal interviews, absenteeism guidance.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • You are a people manager with previous experience in a similar work environment.
  • You are ambitious, a go-getter, and able to handle stress.
  • You have gained at least 3 years of work experience in a dynamic work environment.
  • You are inventive in your solutions and have a proactive work attitude.
  • You are proficient in English, in writing and speaking.
What We Offer:
  • A monthly salary between €2,878.19 and €4,145.96, with 8% holiday allowance and shift allowance.
  • Secondary employment conditions, including travel expenses.
  • A one-year contract with a prospect of a permanent contract.
  • 25 vacation days and four extra days if you do not take leave.
