As an Event Coordinator at the EAU Central Office, you will be responsible for organizing international events, congresses, webinars, and courses. You will work independently, but under the responsibility of a Project Manager or Project Lead, to ensure the successful execution of events. Your tasks will include organizing logistics, managing budgets, negotiating with suppliers, and coordinating with various departments to achieve the best results.

Requirements
  • An HBO-diploma or higher in tourism, hotel school, Event Management, or Facility Management is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the event or conference industry.
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and congress management systems.
  • Ability to travel frequently, up to 10 times a year, for periods ranging from 1 day to 10 days.
What We Offer

We offer a challenging and diverse position in an international environment, with a competitive salary range of €35,000 to €40,000 Euros gross per year, a great pension arrangement, 25 vacation days, and an annual profit share in case of positive financial results.
