Job Description

As a Global eCommerce Business Support Intern, you will be responsible for assisting our team in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies across global markets. Your key activities will include:

  • Supporting the development of global e-commerce activities and online experiences for JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS
  • Assisting with Amazon-related topics, such as global webinars and marketplace setup
  • Participating in analytical projects with local markets and global teams to assist the Center of Excellence team
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are complete and projects are rolled out on time
  • Supporting content creation in line with our CASA principles and digital shelf execution guidelines

What We Offer

We offer a unique learning experience as part of our Centre of Excellence team, where you'll enhance your technical knowledge and analytical skills and learn how to use communication as a tool to stand out in the world of e-commerce. You'll also receive a monthly internship allowance of €525 (full-time), travel compensation, paid holidays, and the chance to learn from the best e-commerce professionals out there.

Requirements

To be eligible for this internship, you must be enrolled in a MSc or BSc program in International Business Management or a related field, possess strong MS Office skills, and be fluent in speaking and written English. You should also have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
