We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global eCommerce Business Support Intern to join our international headquarters in Utrecht. As a Global eCommerce Business Support Intern, you will gain valuable insights into the commercial dynamics of eCommerce within global markets and develop skills in communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of global eCommerce activities and online experience for JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS in close alignment with local markets and global departments.
  • Contribute to various analytical projects with local markets and global teams to assist the Center of Excellence team.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Supply-chain, IT, and Finance to ensure tasks are complete and projects rolled out on time.
  • Support requests to create content in line with our CASA principles and digital shelf execution guidelines.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a MSc or BSc program in International Business Management or a related field.
  • You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English.
  • You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.

What We Offer

  • A monthly internship allowance of €525 (full-time).
  • Travel compensation if you don't have a free public transport card.
  • Paid holidays for each internship term.
  • Two weeks of remote working anywhere in Europe (EEA).
