About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Lead to join our team at Channable. As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for steering the product domain based on clear product management fundamentals and reporting to the Group Product Manager on feature(s) KPIs and strategies to improve them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentorship and Team Leadership
    • Mentor team-members to effectively combine qualitative and quantitative data to support strategic product decisions
    • Provide full cycle management of team members with the support of our People & Culture team
    • Delegate work to match team member skills and interests with Channable's goals
    • Make career development opportunities with team members attainable and actionable
    • Promote open communication and foster a positive team culture
  • Product Management
    • Build out a long-term strategy for the Marketplaces domain, making product priority decisions by mapping it to product goals
    • Perform data retrieval and analysis to aid in strategic planning and analysis of product goals (outcomes)
    • Facilitate large scale feedback/discovery events and enable continuous discovery for your team
    • Manage and optimize product operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
    • Provide structured guidance for your team in task prioritization in line with organizational goals
    • Be a Marketplaces authority within communities of interest surrounding your domain
Requirements
  • A proven track record of discovery, building and marketing SaaS products, preferably within e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in product-management or -marketing roles
  • Able to resolve complex and abstract issues that require a high level of personal initiatives, a thorough understanding of the business of ecommerce, listings/data management and selling on Marketplaces
  • Ability to counsel and coach product managers in your team
  • Experience of managing (jr.) product managers in setting and achieving their personal as well as organizational goals
  • Ability to filter information based on who you are communicating to
