Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D team focused on advancing underwater security technologies. As a Mechanical Engineer - Sensor Development, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, testing, and deploying cutting-edge optical sensor systems for underwater surveillance and security applications.
Key Responsibilities

- Documentation and Reporting
- System Integration and Testing
Requirements
- Security Clearance
- MSc or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in mechanical design and analysis using CAD and FEA software
- Knowledge of materials and their properties
- Understanding of design for manufacturing, assembly, and reliability
- Experience with data analysis using Python
- Good communication skills in English
- Structured and independent working style with excellent collaborative skills
