About the Job

You will be working in the international and intercultural logistics team of Danone's Nutricia Global Distribution & Logistics department, in particular the Export Documentation team consisting of 5 people who are responsible for the export documentation for destinations outside of the European Union country.

Nutricia Global Distribution & Logistics department is a Danone subsidiary responsible for the management of the customs documentation activities of Finished Goods (FG) from all Nutricia Supply Points and 3rd Parties to worldwide Nutricia Medical Country Business Units, via our centralized warehouse located in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting in the day-to-day operations of export documentation.
  • Understanding the customs and export documentation procedures.
  • Managing communication with Central Business Units (CBU) to verify and align export documentation with import permits.
  • Establishing close contact with local authorities such as NVWA and COKZ to ensure document compliance.
  • Familiarizing oneself with the SAP system and contributing to database updates.
  • Updating Internship Work instructions as needed.
  • Participating in various strategic projects, including those related to Brexit and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Enrolled as a final year Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university).
  • Ideally available to start in November 2024 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
  • You are fluent in English - oral and written.
  • You are able to work from our Zoetermeer office at least 2 times per week.
  • Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

  • A gross monthly internship allowance of 650 euros per month.
  • A home working allowance/contribution towards travel.

Acquiring a BSN number is required to receive the full internship allowance.
