">About the Job Position
">As Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting department managers by driving the quality of budget-control-cycles and management reporting. Your key responsibilities will include periodic management and financial reporting, information flow between finance and department managers, gathering and consolidating forecasting data, and ensuring adherence through timely and high-quality financial reporting.
">Critical Qualifications & Experience
">- Bachelor's Degree/Master's in Finance or equivalent required
- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience (FP&A & Finance Business Partnering)
- Strong communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written, and presentation) and active listening skills
- Ability to handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
Compensation Package
">We offer a highly competitive salary, estimated at around $85,000 per annum, based on market standards for similar roles in the Netherlands. ">Requirements
