Job Title: Field Service Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Coordinator to join our team at Damen Services. As a Field Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coaching, and developing Field Service Engineers to ensure the quality requirements and delivery reliability of the department are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the deployment of Field Service Engineers to ensure timely provision of necessary items for their work.
- Monitor and manage the departmental budget in the area of tools and training.
- Coordinate with all teams within Damen Services to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Initiate and assess improvements at product, service, and process levels.
- Conduct performance and assessment interviews with employees to contribute to their personal development.
Requirements:
- Several years of work experience in a service organization, preferably in planning and a dynamic working environment.
- Good command of the English language verbally and in writing, and preferably also the Dutch language.
- A pragmatic and persuasive approach with a people-minded attitude.
- Ability to manage expectations and prioritize tasks effectively.
