About the Role

Damen Services is seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Field Service team, you will be responsible for planning, coaching, and developing Field Service Engineers to ensure the highest quality and delivery reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and deploy the right employees to meet quality and planning requirements
  • Manage and monitor the deployment of employees in terms of quality and planning
  • Register and analyze feedback from the field
  • Co-monitor the departmental budget for tools and training
  • Coordinate with all teams within Damen Services
  • Evaluate project execution and ensure full completion
  • Initiate and assess improvements at product, service, and process levels
  • Conduct performance and assessment interviews and contribute to employee development
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in a service organization with planning and dynamic working environment
  • Good command of English verbally and in writing, and preferably Dutch
  • Pragmatic and persuasive with a people-minded approach
  • Decisive and flexible in your way of working
  • Able to influence, put things into perspective, and have patience to achieve results
  • Well able to manage expectations
  • Technical specialist knowledge or experience is an advantage
