Job Title: Senior EWIS Functional Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior EWIS Functional Design Engineer to join our team at WFS PRO BV. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will be responsible for the execution of the functional design of electrical wiring interconnections, including analyzing design requirements, performing trade-off studies, making design choices, and designing wire harnesses constructions and interconnections.

About the Role:
  • Design and develop EWIS functional designs for aerospace and defense programs
  • Collaborate with international and multi-disciplinary teams to integrate and concurrent engineer EWIS designs
  • Work with system suppliers and customers to ensure design meets requirements and specifications
  • Develop and maintain technical reports and documentation
  • Support continuous functional improvements of our Engineering tooling environment
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of working experience in Aerospace industry
  • Bachelor or Master in aerospace, electrical, mechanical engineering
  • System design (components, constructions, schematics, wiring diagrams)
  • Applying Separation / segregation rules
  • EWIS/Wiring harness functional design
  • Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools
  • MS office: (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
