**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Non-Financial Risk Manager to join our team at Norinchukin Bank Europe. As a key member of the risk management function, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of non-financial risks across the organization.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate non-financial risks
  • Collaborate with senior management and various lines of defense to ensure risk awareness and compliance
  • Manage stakeholder interests effectively while ensuring regulatory adherence
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement improvements

**Requirements:**

  • 7+ years of experience in risk management, with a strong focus on operational risk in banking
  • Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, RCSA, and risk monitoring
