Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Manager to join our team at the Faculty of Business and Economics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the DBA programme, including marketing and admissions, organizing events, and interacting with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the DBA programme, including marketing and admissions
- Organize events, such as alumni/student enrichment events, and assist in academic coordination
- Interact with prospective candidates, students, alumni, and other stakeholders
- Assist in general office administration, handle inquiries, and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution
- Mature, self-motivated, and good team player with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently
