Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the daily execution of customer service tasks for the B2B market in the Benelux region. This includes customer maintenance, timely delivery of products, order and return processing, and answering customer calls in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily customer service tasks for the B2B market, including telephony, complaints and returns, emergency shipments, backorders, credit and rebills, and escalations.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create a reliable and consistent customer experience.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and warehouse personnel.
  • Escalate issues and serve as a focal point for the team, internal groups, and customers.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers and perform CSR functions to a high level of expertise.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service is a significant asset.
  • Fluency in Dutch and French is a must.
  • Strong customer focus, enthusiasm, flexibility, and creativity.
  • Ability to make quality decisions based on analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.
  • Commitment to operating in accordance with Baxter's global business practice standards and ethics.
