Order Fulfilment Coordinator

About the Role
TPV Technology is seeking a skilled Order Fulfilment Specialist to join their Amsterdam team. As a key member of the sales organization, this role is responsible for ensuring a seamless order input process from sale execution to customer receipt.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfil order input in SAP, executing on schedule and in line with customer agreements.
- Manage backorders and stock allocation, providing current and future stock availability information.
- Resolve customer and supplier disputes, claims, and concerns.
- Support RMA procedures, extended warranties, debit/credit notes.
Freight Management
- Coordinate direct shipments from factories in the Far East to customers in Europe.
- Provide production and shipping schedules, cargo dimensions, and hanging unit utilization updates.
- Ensure correct document management for direct, road, and air shipments.
- Provide timely and accurate freight delays, ETAs, and resolution updates.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting sales processes or related functions in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Experience with SAP a plus.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel.
