Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management and Client Relations Coordinator to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment from receipt to delivery, managing client portfolios, and resolving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process from receipt to delivery, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage your own client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate loading and shipping processes with local plants, warehouses, and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Issue Resolution: Actively monitor open orders and deliveries to preempt and resolve potential issues, minimizing the impact of any unavoidable disruptions.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary transactional point of contact for customers and third-party logistics providers.
  • Internal Relationships: Maintain internal relationships with teams such as business, sales, supply chain planning, product management, credit, financial services, and logistics procurement.
  • Customer Master Data: Update and maintain customer master data in SAP.
  • Billing Adjustments: Process billing adjustments, including returns and credits/debits.
  • Order-Related Reports: Support sales teams and business managers with order-related reports, data analysis, and customer communication.
  • Complaint Handling: Record, investigate, and follow up on both internal and external complaints.
  • Process Improvements: Propose process improvements by analyzing quality failures and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Pricing and Contracts: Enter pricing details and manage contracts.
  • Cash Collections: Assist the credit team with cash collections and overdue payments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in SAP and have a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
