Order Management and Client Relations Coordinator

As a key member of the Page Personnel team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment from receipt to delivery, managing client portfolios, and resolving issues promptly. Key tasks include coordinating shipments, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, handling billing adjustments, and supporting process improvements and credit collections.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee seamless order fulfillment from receipt to delivery, addressing any issues as needed.
  • Manage your own client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate loading and shipping processes with local plants, warehouses, and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Actively monitor open orders and deliveries to preempt and resolve potential issues, minimizing the impact of any unavoidable disruptions.
  • Serve as the primary transactional point of contact for customers and third-party logistics providers.
  • Maintain internal relationships with teams such as business, sales, supply chain planning, product management, credit, financial services, and logistics procurement.
  • Update and maintain customer master data in SAP.
  • Process billing adjustments, including returns and credits/debits.
  • Support sales teams and business managers with order-related reports, data analysis, and customer communication.
  • Record, investigate, and follow up on both internal and external complaints.
  • Propose process improvements by analyzing quality failures and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Enter pricing details and manage contracts.
  • Handle customer invoicing and collaborate with sales to resolve billing adjustments like credits, debits, and product returns.
  • Assist the credit team with cash collections and overdue payments.
