As a Client Relations Executive, you possess strong skills in client acquisition. Additionally, you navigate various networks effectively and have a solid understanding of digital platforms, utilizing them to enhance your professional profile across multiple social media channels.

In your role, you serve as an expert advisor, comprehensively understanding the client's strategic objectives and translating them into precise and actionable recommendations. You have a keen insight into what motivates the client, engage in meaningful discussions, provide constructive feedback, and excel at building connections.

You oversee the client relationship comprehensively, ensuring that you meet client needs effectively. Collaborating with team members, including account managers, you prioritize team objectives over individual interests. Your responsibilities extend beyond real estate financing, as you also identify opportunities for cross-selling other services and products.

Lastly, you are an enthusiastic advocate for the organizational values, not only endorsing them but actively promoting them within your network.

Key Responsibilities

Who are your clients? In this role, you will engage with prestigious clients within the high-end Real Estate sector.

  • Serve as the regional representative for new and existing clients with exposures exceeding 3 million;
  • Share insights on financing and sustainability within the real estate sector;
  • Act as a lead generator for other segments and specialists;
  • Provide direct advisory services to clients regarding Real Estate Finance applications and management;
  • Be the primary contact for clients on the Watch List or those under special management;
  • Manage and nurture an existing portfolio of approximately 40-45 clients, averaging 600 million in assets;
  • Lead financing applications or restructuring efforts, ensuring proper submission processes;
  • Act as the primary risk contact for your client portfolio;
  • Explore opportunities for sustainable financing solutions in client advisories;
  • Oversee daily management based on client requests and ensure timely communication throughout the process;
  • Develop an annual strategy for growth and acquisition opportunities within your portfolio and the real estate market.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Act as a sounding board for clients, facilitating and challenging them in their business development efforts. You are well-versed in their strategic agendas and provide tailored solutions that extend beyond the organization's offerings.
  • Understand the key decision-makers and influencers within the client’s organization, adapting your approach to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring you are consulted during critical moments.

You excel in client management and cross-selling.

  • You are responsible for sustainable relationship management within your client portfolio.
  • Monitor overall performance at both portfolio and client levels, focusing on financial outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of regulatory compliance and internal codes of conduct.

You are skilled in client acquisition.

  • Responsible for attracting new clients through diverse channels, driven by a passion for building lasting relationships.
  • Develop structured approaches to engage prospects and successfully convert them into clients.
  • Manage acquisition targets effectively, maintaining a clear strategy throughout the process.

You are a natural networker.

  • Build relevant networks to enhance visibility and create commercial opportunities.
  • Utilize social media effectively to strengthen your professional network.
