Role Overview:
As a Senior Account Executive within our European Sales team, you will report directly to the Head of Sales Europe North. This position plays a pivotal role in our rapidly expanding business, which is dedicated to redefining market standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for the Large Client segment.
- Provide innovative insights to prospective clients, encouraging them to reconsider their business strategies and transition to ClearBank.
- Manage a diverse pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent progress while maintaining precise reporting and metrics.
- Engage with clients across various roles and seniority levels throughout the sales cycle.
- Act as the client's representative during internal discussions, ensuring their voice is heard.
- Collaborate with various departments within ClearBank and the client to address all inquiries throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the fintech or banking sectors, with a keen interest in being at the forefront of a dynamic industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to listen, question, and present effectively, simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a willingness to embrace challenges and step outside of comfort zones.
