Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Executive who possesses exceptional communication skills in Dutch. In this role, you will demonstrate strong acquisition abilities, showcasing creativity, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit. You will be driven to step outside your comfort zone to engage and attract new, significant clients in your unique style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Act as a regional representative for both new and existing clients with substantial financial exposure.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing regarding financing and sustainability within the real estate sector.
  • Generate leads for other segments and specialists within the organization.
  • Provide direct advisory services in real estate finance, including management, restructuring, and innovative initiatives.
  • Manage an existing client portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.
  • Act as the deal captain for financing applications, overseeing submission processes.
  • Engage actively with clients to explore opportunities for cross-selling additional services.

Expertise and Experience Required

  • Proven ability to act as a strategic partner, understanding and challenging clients' agendas to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, enabling effective communication with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in sustainable relationship management and performance monitoring.
  • Intrinsic motivation to acquire new clients and foster long-term relationships.
  • Ability to create and leverage networks to enhance visibility and commercial opportunities.

Qualifications
