As a Key Account Manager at VusionGroup SA, reporting directly to the VP Benelux, your role will be pivotal in enhancing our customer engagement and satisfaction:
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of key clients
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements to effectively implement our value-driven solutions
- Identify opportunities to grow sales through the introduction of new products and services
- Collaborate with the Customer Partner to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Formulate and execute a tailored statistical business plan, including KPIs and budgets for each customer.
- Facilitate regular meetings with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Coordinate our commercial offerings by engaging with various internal teams: sales administration, marketing, installation, project management, etc.
- Continuously nurture and develop relationships with customers, from mid-management to C-level executives.
What we seek:
Professional Experience:
- Proven track record in a similar role (Key Account Manager or Area Manager)
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience with demonstrated success in achieving account management and sales objectives
- Industry experience and knowledge of relevant sectors is advantageous
- Familiarity with the sales of technical solutions, preferably within the retail sector.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in Dutch and English
Essential Skills:
- Exceptional relationship-building skills across all levels, from store personnel to executive leadership.
- Ability to recognize solution value for individual clients and translate this into increased sales.
- Strong personal drive and proactive approach to work.
