About the Role
Northern Trust Corporation is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and mitigating risk, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
- Identify and document client-related risk issues and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with internal partners to automate manual processes and minimize risk
- Proactively address client service issues and ensure timely escalation
- Deliver client invoices and collect associated fees in a timely manner
Requirements
- Proven experience in client service and relationship management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong internal and external networks
- Initiative to independently accomplish tasks and make decisions
- Fluency in Dutch and English essential
