Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at Northern Trust Corporation. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive relationship building and networking
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional client service and support
  • Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management and business development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
