Job Summary:

Northern Trust Corporation is seeking a skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support.

  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
