Job Title: Relationship Manager

Citi is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team in Institutional Sales. As a key member of our Securities Services team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow client relationships and revenue
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide expert advice to clients
  • Manage client expectations, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a global financial institution, with a focus on client relationship management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of the Securities Services industry, with a focus on Custody, Fund Services, and Execution Services
