We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven en proactieve Sales Support Specialist die een belangrijke bijdrage wil leveren aan ons verkoop- en distributieproces.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Orders tijdig verwerken in overeenstemming met de distributeursovereenkomst;
  • Zorgdragen voor klanttevredenheid door te voldoen aan de behoeften van de klant op een nauwkeurige en tijdige manier;
  • Klanten ondersteunen bij het identificeren, verzamelen en delen van noodzakelijke documentatie voor aanbestedingen en offertes;
  • Klanten opvolgen voor administratieve doeleinden en het bieden van technische ondersteuning;
  • Klantproblemen bijhouden, opvolgen en oplossen op een tijdige manier;
  • Klachten van klanten analyseren en rapporteren, en klanten informeren over de gepaste corrigerende maatregelen;
  • Een toegankelijke klantenarchiefsystematiek organiseren en onderhouden;
  • Klantbijeenkomsten en conferenties organiseren en voorbereiden;
  • De Sales Managers ondersteunen bij het plannen en organiseren van klantbezoeken;
  • Klantprestatiedata verwerken en samenwerken met de Sales Managers om verkoopstrategieën te ontwikkelen;
  • De Sales Managers voorzien van relevante klantinformatie om de klantenservice en productiviteit te verbeteren;
  • De agenda voorbereiden voor de maandelijkse salesvergadering en de actiepunten communiceren naar de Sales Managers;
  • De Sales Managers ondersteunen bij het rapporteren van verkoopcijfers en klant/marktontwikkeling aan de Raad van Bestuur;
  • Backup activiteiten met betrekking tot klantenservice voor andere entiteiten;
  • Bereidheid om te reizen (indien nodig).
